We receive many inquiries about shipping puppies. Many people wonder if shipping is safe and how it works.
Won’t they be scared? How long does it take?
Won’t it be difficult for the puppy to be alone in a crate for so long?
This is how I explain the shipping process to each customer so they feel more comfortable with the process of acquiring a puppy.

Sending a puppy alone to a new place always sounds cruel and embarrassing, but I believe it’s harder for us than for the puppies. Thanks to my many years of experience in transport, I know that all puppies are well cared for. So, when you think about it, the airlines won’t mistreat the puppies for fear of lawsuits and customer dissatisfaction. I attach puppy food and feeding instructions to the top of the transport crate and put frozen water inside so it thaws slowly for the puppies to eat during the flight.
We always book a direct flight to avoid the stress of transport. In the transport crate, we have a large, fluffy bed made of shredded newspaper for the puppies to snuggle into, and usually a pig’s ear to chew on (they love it), as well as a toy or a sock with my scent – to make the little ones feel secure.
We consider shipping as an option and organize the transport ourselves. This is because we usually find suitable homes for our puppies, but they might not be within driving distance.
We can imagine the question you’re asking yourself: “Flying a puppy! Is that safe?”
This is a question we get asked a lot. We certainly wouldn’t ask it otherwise.
The puppies are in the same air as the pilot, and someone will be looking after them on board. We don’t fly the puppies in the cargo hold; instead, they are transported in the passenger cabin with animal handlers until the delivery is complete.
Our puppies have always arrived safely at their new homes. He even said, “It’s better and more comfortable to fly with a puppy than to drive for four hours or more.” And I believe that too, because I know they are professionals and will deliver the puppies safely.
