Considerations

This agreement is between the seller and each customer who purchases from our website or uses our service. By purchasing a puppy, the buyer is deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions listed herein.

Guarantee

The seller guarantees that the purchased puppies are healthy, well-trained, and exactly as described. The photos shown on our website depict the actual puppies purchased.

In the unlikely event of a puppy’s death within two years of birth due to genetic abnormalities, or if the puppy is diagnosed with congenital or hereditary diseases that negatively affect its health, we will replace the puppy free of charge with an equivalent puppy. The cause of death must be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

In the event of a puppy’s death due to genetic abnormalities more than ten years after birth, we will issue a credit note equal to 70% of the original purchase price toward the purchase of an equivalent replacement puppy. The cause of death must be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

Purchased puppies must be delivered with the following:

• Lifetime satisfaction guarantee / Health guarantee / Airline-approved transport crate
• ISO microchip / Health certificate / Age-appropriate vaccinations / Food record card

Buyer’s obligations

By purchasing a puppy, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions listed on our website.

Buyer’s buyback option: The seller reserves the right to buy back the puppy if the new owner decides to resell it. This right applies for the puppy’s entire life at a price to be agreed upon by both parties.

Default: Should the buyer fail to fulfill their contractual obligations at any time, the puppy will be returned to the seller in perfect condition. The sale will be canceled, and all payments made by the buyer will be forfeited. Puppies for sale in USA.

Money-Back Guarantee and Payment

If the buyer is not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, they can return the puppy to the seller and receive a full refund.

The buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price stated on our website. Full payment is due before the puppy is shipped.

Liability upon Transfer of Ownership

Upon purchase of the puppy, all rights and responsibility for the puppy immediately transfer to the buyer.

A purchase can only be canceled or a refund requested if the puppy has not yet been shipped from our warehouse or within 30 days of delivery to the buyer’s address.

We do not cancel purchases or issue refunds while the puppy is still in transit (removed from our warehouse and not yet delivered to the buyer) or after 30 days from the delivery date to the buyer.

By making a purchase, the buyer accepts all of our terms and conditions.
